Every item we sell at Talon Distributing is legal and available for purchase by the general public. No FFL or special licenses are required. However, some state and city legislatures have prohibited the sale of some of our items. We try to abide all local and state laws and have marked our products accordingly. However, it is the customers responsibility to check the local laws. If we receive an order with an item requesting shipment to a known restricted location, we will have to take that item off of the order.

You must be 21 or older to purchase ammunition. Check your state and local laws for any other applicable firearms and ammunition regulations. All ammunition will be shipped FedEx Ground, Adult signature required. For safety reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON AMMUNITION. Always make sure you purchase and use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.

We cannot ship ammunition to the following:
District of Columbia, Hawaii, Alaska, Massachusetts, US Territories, International, PO Boxes, APO/FPO address, and Zip codes beginning with 100, 101, 102, 606, 607 and 608.

Illinois residents must provide a copy of your valid FOID card and driver’s license to purchase ammunition.
